Microsoft Power BI is a powerful platform that allows you to analyze and visualize data quickly and easily, and to share reports and analyses. It also allows you to work on both your desktop and in the cloud in an intuitive way. Power BI is one of the only Business intelligence software that is also user-friendly, so that any analyst can learn to work with it quickly. During our two-day training, you learn how to work with all components of the Microsoft Power BI suite (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Query, Power BI DAX functions, Power BI .com), so that you can make interesting reports, analyses and visually attractive dashboards.
This training is primarily aimed at (financial) analysts and controllers who don’t know Microsoft Power BI suite yet, and want to learn the possibilities (analysing, visualizing and presenting).
After this training, you will have a solid knowledge of the different Power BI components:
With Power BI Desktop, you can make your own analyses and reports based on different data sources (databases, websites, Excel-files, …)
With Power Query, you can process imported data from diverse sources (atabases, Excel, internet, text) which allows you to convert your data to useable data.
DAX functions help you to process your data.
Power BI .com allows you to adapt your Power BI Desktop reports, but it also allows you to publish and share these reports with your colleagues in a structured way.
