Course overview

This two-day training is intended for people who have already followed an ITIL® V3 training and / or have completed the corresponding ITIL® V3 certification. You already have insight into how IT organisations can use the ITIL® service management framework to optimally align their services, processes, people and technology with the business strategy and customer needs. During this course, we will explain the differences with the new version ITIL4®. The main driver is ‘the fourth industrial revolution’: digitisation, Internet of Things and new ways of working within IT service management that are much more "lean" and "agile".

Who should attend this training

Managers and employees of service providers, IT departments and IT organisations, application and project managers. This training is intended for people who already completed an ITIL® V3 training and/or obtained the corresponding ITIL® V3 certification.

Course Objectives

You can expect an interactive course with presentations, exercises and case studies. After completing the course, you will also be fully prepared for the certification exam.

You already completed an ITIL® V3 training and/or obtained the corresponding ITIL® V3 certification.

Certification

On the last day of the training course, you can take the ITIL4 Foundation exam. The exam is web-based. It concerns a 40-question multiple choice exam, and you need to answer at least 26 questions correctly to pass.
